This is Jason Lockhead Beach Volleyball Superman Scramble Defense Drill. This drill helps with both technique as well as trains players to chase every ball. The drill is easy yet effective. The drill also will help players build a strong cardiovascular base.
Our instructors and coaches offer workout, conditioning and training beach drills for all levels of players. Having played and coached at the highest level these drills are great for FIVB and AVP level players. Whats also worth noting is these coaches also use similar or modified drills that we share when coaching club and high school beach volleyball.
