I am super excited to give our paid members access to a new Zero Impact Volleyball Jump Program I have been working on with Gold Medalist Eric Fonoimoana. This program is incredible and is the number one reason Eric was able to win a Gold Medal, 2 AVP MVP titles, as well as multiple AVP and FIVB championships. In addition to helping Eric achieve gold medal glory, it has also helped the Mira Costa High School Volleyball Program, the #1 High School Volleyball Program in the country, win multiple CIF championships for both boys and girls!
Need some Inspiration? Check out Eric in this must see victory at the Sydney Olympics 2000.
This is the only zero impact volleyball jump program available anywhere. As a result of utilizing this program, you can push yourself and your athletes further physically without fear of injury or fatigue.
Volleyball Jump Training is a critical component to competing successfully on the volleyball court. The biggest problem of any well thought out program is that lifting weights, running stairs, or doing box jumps is high impact, and it can have a brutal effect on your joints resulting in increased chance of injury. That is why the volleyball jump training program is so fantastic; it is the only zero impact volleyball training program available anywhere!
How this program works is that it utilizes the buoyancy of water to reduce the stress on your joints! What this allows you to do is:
- Workout longer
- Push harder during workouts
- Do jump training without stress on joints or fear of injury
- Train on your rest days. Meaning training on Monday after playing a three day tournament on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Take proactive steps to systematically increase your volleyball career
- Outlast your opponents
Eric Fonoimoana explaining the jump program
Now I know some of you are thinking “this is too good to be true”. Well, I was chatting with Eric about this program the other day and he flat out said to me that the volleyball jump program is the #1 reason he was able to stay competitive at such a high level of play for so long.
Most people don’t know this but while competing in indoor volleyball as an All-American in College at Santa Barbara, Eric suffered from terrible tendinitis in his knees. This pain was so bad that he considered quitting the game. Fortunately, he started working with Tim, the head trainer at Mira Costa High School (his alma-mater) and together they came up with this incredible program!
I have included a video from the program for you to review! In this video Eric and his trainer talk about how this program helped him in such a big way:

Now for those of you questioning if this jump program works….
Eric was known as “The Body” on the AVP and FIVB tour. It was a well known fact that he could outlast anyone, and his jumping ability was second to none. For example, he was part of the most recent Olympic winning team where he and his partner both blocked. Considering he is only 6’1 this is a mammoth accomplishment. On top of this, he is one of the few (if the only) recent 6’1 – Two Time AVP MVP’s that blocked as well as playing defense!
This Jump Program includes 16 Instructional Videos as well as Eric and Tim’s 6 week Preseason Workout Strategy! The perfect program to get you back in shape before the Summer Beach Season!
Eric and I plan on selling this program as a standalone DVD set in the next few months, but I wanted to make it available to all Volleyball1on1 paid members now!
