Welcome to SJVC, the first youth volleyball training facility in St. Johns County, Florida—located just 15 min. from Nocatee Town Center, 14 min. from St Augustine, 21 min. from SilverLeaf Amenities and 25 min. from St Johns Town Center. More than a youth volleyball facility, St. Johns Volleyball Club is a destination.

Our brand-new facility is a five-star, state-of-the-art training environment, easily accessible from Nocatee and intentionally designed from the ground up to elevate athletes, families, and the future of youth volleyball.
From the moment you arrive, the experience is unmistakable. Guests are welcomed by a 200- year-old ancient olive tree, a grand entry inspired by the calm, refined elegance of the Getty Museum, and a massive 6′ by 20′ Art Installation SJVC Sign that proudly marks the home of something extraordinary. Standing at the entrance is an 6’6″ – foot statue of Co-Founder Andor Gyulai, symbolizing the vision, legacy, and standard of excellence that defines SJVC.
From arrival to departure, your athlete and family are immersed in an ideal, first-class volleyball experience—one that consistently exceeds expectations and quickly becomes a place athletes dream of training.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a 5,000-square-foot strength and athletic training center, equipped with the most advanced performance and recovery technology available. This is where athletes build strength, durability, and confidence—safely and intelligently—under expert guidance. (All camps include 1 hour of lifting or VPT – Volleyball Pattern Training ®)
Complementing physical training is our dedicated meditation and mindset room, where athlete meetings, small-group team building, affirmation, visualization, meditation, and mindset workshops are woven directly into our curriculum. Here, athletes learn how to focus, lead, communicate, and believe in themselves—skills that extend far beyond the court.
SJVC is already becoming a destination for families relocating from across the country to train with celebrity coach Andor Gyulai, where top national talent trains alongside new athletes discovering the game, all within a culture that values character, discipline, and joy.
At SJVC, we don’t just develop volleyball players. We develop strong, confident, capable young people.

🏅 AVCA–Recognized Coaching Excellence
All SJVC Summer Camps are led by Andor Gyulai, a celebrity youth volleyball coach recognized by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as a leading innovator in youth volleyball coaching.
“Volleyball1on1 has created a 350-page Volleyball1on1 Coaching Manual, available exclusively to High School Head Coaches, with a systematized coaching formula designed to promote their success. 80% of businesses fail in the first 5 years and 96% fail in the first ten. Coaches leave the profession at that same rate and it is way too high. High School Coaches now have an opportunity with the Volleyball1on1 Coaches Manual to get access to some of the most comprehensive, proven, coaching resources that will help them build sustainable high school programs, and help us, as a coaching community, address these challenging statistics.” Kathy Deboer, Former Executive Director Of The AVCA.
The AVCA is the largest and most respected volleyball organization in the world, setting the standard for coaching
excellence across youth, collegiate, and professional levels.
This recognition places Coach Andor among a select group of coaches shaping the future of volleyball development nationwide.
Coach Andor is known for redefining how youth athletes are developed, blending technical mastery, mindset training, and purposeful
structure into every session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If your athlete registers for multiple weeks of camp and receives an invitation to join a 2026 / 2027 SJVC Club Team during one of their earlier camp weeks, they do not “re-try out” at subsequent camp weeks.
Instead, the camp becomes a development and placement advantage, not another evaluation.
In later camp weeks, your athlete will:
- Continue training within their assigned skill group or team pathway
- Work on advanced reps, game systems, and competitive play
- Receive position-specific coaching and feedback
- Build chemistry with other rostered and high-potential athletes
In some cases, additional camp weeks allow coaches to:
- Confirm best-fit team placement
- Fine-tune position roles
- Accelerate development heading into the club season
Once an athlete is rostered, their spot is secure—additional camp weeks are about growth, confidence, and momentum, not re-evaluation.
All camps are non-refundable and non cancel-able. Flex Camp options allow for changes in your schedule for maximum flexibility.
Water bottle, healthy snacks, backpack with a jacket, and indoor gym athletic shoes / socks – dressed to train / workout / play volleyball!
Generally speaking player can stay with their friends. But we also believe “Winners Stay On!” – This is an important part of our team culture and something we teach in our practices. Our belief is that competition makes everyone better, and in our practices / camps we compete, and teach kids to compete. That said, part of our practice will involve players competing against other players. Better players will go up in courts and lower skilled players will go down in courts. With newer players, we will try to keep them close to players of their own age first before focusing on just their skill level.
Our goal is between 8-13 players per court. We will often divide the courts in half so that we can play two games simultaneously on the same net so that we can maximize contacts on the ball. We also encourage newer players to play on a smaller court. This encourages more touches and this type of play is better for skill development.
Yes, we already offer many resources and Andor Gyulai is a sought out expert in the Youth Volleyball Coaching Space. Andor is available before and post practice to answer quick questions to help support your players growth. We can also recommend additional steps based upon needs and have resources in these areas.
Andor Gyulai will make himself available briefly before and after each practice. Please be thoughtful and courteous by keeping questions short and to the point. If you are interested in bigger questions about the long term future of your daughter or sons volleyball career or getting a scholarship, please understand that we could possibly help within the following framework: 1) We need to first build a working relationship together over the course of at least one season. 2) Thoughtfulness matters, quick questions are fine, but longer discussions need to be put on pause until the appropriate time. 3) Andor can set up a paid consulting call at $500 / hour if you want to take your time and get answers to your full satisfaction.
