Maya is a yoga trainer working specifically with volleyball players and teams developing yoga volleyball training programs to help augment and improve athletic performance and reduce injury. She has been featured in Volleyball Magazine and worked with players on the AVP and FIVB. Maya also works consults with teams to help improve their volleyball training / workouts using yoga exercises.
