Designed For Player Looking To Make Their Middle School Or High School Team
Designed to build more advanced volleyball skills, with much more game play. Includes jump training, strength training, and VPT. Players will develop a lifelong love of the game of volleyball.
Three or Four Times Weekly
Tuesday and Thursday
3:45 pm – 5:45 pm
Monday and/or Wednesday
3:45 pm – 4:30 pm
1 Hour Volleyball Class Twice Weekly And
45 minutes Strength Training As Much As Twice Weekly.
