Today, for my volleyball nutrition review, I examine the Ultimate Athlete Package.  Hi, my name is Russ Marchewka and I am the health and wellness guy in the volleyball community.  I’ve been studying health, nutrition and how they relate to athletic performance for the past 7 years.  I’ve been playing professional beach volleyball on tour in the US for the last 4 years.   I have been “mostly vegan” in the past 2 years when I’ve had the most success.  Mostly vegan just means that I eat a vegan diet and supplement with fish oil for the omega 3s.  I developed a great system of food and supplements where I don’t get sick, have more energy and endurance.
