Volleyball Lower Back Stretches

Volleyball lower back stretches keep you on the court where you want to be.

Hi, I am Gary Sato, Olympic gold medal coach with 25 years of coaching, 17 years doing chiropractics at the same time. With this kind of a history I obviously have some strong opinions on lower back stretches and more importantly back injury prevention as it relates to volleyball. Back injuries severely limit your mobility and make you feel advanced beyond your years.

This series of videos will go over lower back stretches in order to protect and prevent back injury. In this series we will discuss the six most important back stretches and how to do each with correct form. This series is a must see for all volleyball players especially as you get older!

All of the videos on volleyball lower back stretches are available to members of volleyball1on1.com.

As we are talking about the back, the entire spine must be flexible. This stretch starts on all fours and looks much like a cat stretching on the floor. This is a must for older volleyball players to stay in the game.

I have been surfing online more than 3 hours as of late, but I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. I actually thought it was so well said that I have linked to your site from my post! Here is the link http://www.vwsuv.net/sites-we-like/.
