Any beach volleyball player will tell you that starting your game with a powerful and aggressive serve is one of the most important aspects of the game. By far the best way to achieve a commanding start to your game is with a well executed jump serve. In this instructional volleyball video, Eric Fonoimoana, a legend of beach volleyball, lets you in on the secret to his jump serving success. Eric likes to begin his game with a strong attack, and his serve is a testament to that.
