Volleyball Defending, Line Shot

In the game of volleyball I love running down my opponents shots especially their line shot over the block. In this video I will show you some great volleyball tools and drills that help me do this successfully and go on and win the Gold!

Volleyball drills are critical to enhancing the various performance factors in a sport. Defense in volleyball is no different in that drills, not just practice make perfect! Below is some video instruction from volleyball legend Eric Fonoimoana on improving your defense and defending the line shot!

Volleyball Defending the line shot explained

Start off on the left side of the volleyball court and visualize the ball landing on the right side line. Rush over to the right side of the net and imagine hitting the line shot. Do this drill 10 times on the left side and 10 times on the right side.
