Volleyball, ball and a wall, is a drill I like to perform when I am alone and don’t have a partner. This drill helps with your arm swing, a lot of people don’t get the most out of this drill. I am going to teach you how to hit a down ball against the wall and focus on some things to get your arm swing better. The first thing is that it is hard to get the ball to come back right to you so use your feet and get to wherever the ball is and hit the ball relative to your body. You might need to bend your knees, move left to right, do whatever it takes to get to the ball. If you are going to practice spiking get your left arm high in preparation to get a good bow and arrow rotate the torso technique. Next you wanna get some whip on your arm by keeping your wrist loose and get good contact on the ball. Its kind of like hand ball. This warms up your shoulder, works on hand eye coordination and reminds you to keep your arm up.

I’ve read and rreead these drills and I’m not able to follow them. Is one kid in each grid moving from square to square defending against the other 3 players in the box?
