Warmup: Players warm up by themselves before we begin.
Drill #1
Player starts at the base line, hops over 4 cones, blocks, pulls off the net. The coach moves to the net in front of the player.
Player passes 4 balls, 2 on each side, 10-14 feet off the net
Player zig zags backwards through the cones
Player passes using 1 arm on the outside for 4 balls, 2 on each side. Next player starts the drill.
Drill #2
Player starts on Knees, coach tosses 2 ball each side for a total of 4 balls
