How long is the membership?
Bronze = 1 month with automatic renewals every 30 days
Silver = 6 months with automatic renewals every 180 days
Gold = 18 months with automatic renewals every 545 days
Will I be charged again automatically?
Yes. Another charge will be made at the end of each billing period as outlined above.
How can I cancel the membership?
If Paypal was used you can cancel by logging into your Paypal account and cancel the recurring payments.
If Paypal was not used, send us an email stating you want to cancel.
When do I have to cancel so I won’t be charged again?
** Most importantly, make sure to include the email used to create the membership. It makes things easier.

I received an email stating my membership has been locked due to too many logins, how?
To protect the membership from abuse, the memberhsip is locked when logged in from more than 5 IP addresses.
Ex: logging in from home, the office, your school, Starbucks, mobile devices and more will flag the system and lock the membership.
