Wondering why you’re being asked to enter your login email and password, even on pages you’ve been able to view and you’re certain the membership is active?
Not sure if you’re logged in correctly?
These instructions will help to make sure you’re able to view all of the videos and products offered by Volleyball1on1.
First, go to the home page and scroll down to the Member Login area on the right side of the page. It’s very important to use the email and password assigned when the membership was created. These are in the email sent to your inbox or spam folder with the subject “Congratulations, your Volleyball1on1.com member details are here!” Enter the email address and password exactly as they are in the email. Passwords are case sensitive. Click Login.
Second, if everything was entered correctly, and the membership is active, the Volleyball Videos page will be displayed. Scroll down to the Member Login area on the right hand side. Only the Logout button will be displayed. Success! You’re now logged in and can view all of the videos and products offered by Volleyball1on1.
From here scroll down and select the items most important to you by clicking on:
- the Paid Members Videos link
- a favorite instructor like 3 time Olympian Logan Tom or Olympic gold medal coach Steve Anderson
- a specific skill or technique such as passing, setting, digging, spiking
If pages are still not available send an email with a link to the page in question to vbinfo@volleyball1on1.com.
