I have really enjoyed and been satisfied with the high quality resources and instructional videos that I can access on your website.

The website is great. I have learned the most from Andor Gyluai and Stein Metzger, they are great instructors.

I play beach volleyball once or twice a week for recreation.  I feel that I received a lot of value from watching the videos and the information is great.

I’m working with my college team and coaches and have been showing the kids a video in between drills. We have been teaching our summer strength work with Seth’s band work videos. This spring season I changed the way we hit.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the resources that your site provides – I have learnt a lot and used lots of the info.
